Immediately After Treatment

It’s normal to experience:

  • Mild redness

  • Slight warmth or sensitivity (similar to a light sun exposure)

This usually settles within a few hours.

Apply a soothing gel (such as aloe vera) or Naturannis All in One Gel lotion if needed.
Keep the area clean and avoid touching unnecessarily.

First 24–48 Hours

Avoid:

  • Hot showers or baths

  • Saunas & steam rooms

  • Intense exercise (gym, sweating)

  • Tight clothing, synthetic or denim material on treated areas

  • Perfumed or anti perspirant deodorants for 24 hours

✔ Use lukewarm water and gentle skincare only.
✔ Keep the skin cool and hydrated.

Sun Exposure

This is very important:

Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 to 3 days
Apply SPF 50 daily on exposed areas
No tanning (sunbeds or natural) before and after sessions

Sun exposure increases the risk of pigmentation.

Between Sessions

  • Hair will begin to shed within 7–14 days

  • Do not wax or pluck

  • You may shave if needed

This ensures the laser can effectively target the hair in the next session.

Skincare to Avoid (5–7 Days)

  • Exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA)

  • Retinol / Vitamin A

  • Harsh scrubs or peels

Keep your routine gentle and barrier-supportive.

Hydration & Skin Care

  • Keep the skin well moisturised

  • Use calming, fragrance-free products

  • Drink plenty of water to support skin recover
